NDA POLICY
Scope
This policy applies to:
- Employees
- Freelancers and independent contractors
- Consultants
- Vendors and manufacturers
- Any party engaged with or working for L’AVOIRE AORE
Definition of Confidential Information
"Confidential Information" includes, but is not limited to:
- Product designs, tech packs, and prototypes
- Pricing and cost structures
- Supplier and manufacturer details
- Marketing strategies and launch plans
- Business models, internal documentation, and planning
- Passwords, platforms, and backend access
Responsibilities
All individuals and organizations subject to this policy must:
- Not share Confidential Information with any unauthorized party
- Use such information only for purposes approved by L’AVOIRE AORE
- Implement reasonable safeguards to protect this data
- Immediately report any actual or suspected breach of confidentiality
Duration of Obligation
These obligations remain in effect:
- Throughout the duration of the relationship
- For five (5) years after the termination of any engagement
Violations
Breaching this policy may result in:
- Immediate termination of contract or employment
- Legal proceedings to recover damages or losses
- Injunctions to prevent further disclosure
