Return and refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy to ensure your satisfaction. Please review the following guidelines:
1. Eligibility:
- To be eligible for a return, the item(s) must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
- Some items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene reasons or if they are personalised or customised. Please check the product description for any specific return restrictions.
2. Timeframe:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
- After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot accept returns.
3. Return Process:
- L'AVOIRE AORE® strives for the highest possible customer satisfaction, and therefore exchanges are no problem. It is then best to place a new order for the other size/product. This will then be processed and shipped today, and delivered as soon as possible (if not printed).
- This way you do not have to wait until your return has been received by us before we send the other size. The reason why we switched this way is because many customers said they had returned the order when they had not, and then they had extra products for free. To return your current order, please follow the instructions on our packing slip.
- NB! Printed/personalised items may not be returned.
4. Return Shipping:
-The costs for returning are free, unless the return is the result of a defective or incorrectly received item.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of the item(s).
5. Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment used during the purchase.
- Please note that it may take a few business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
6. Exchanges:
- If you would like to exchange an item, please contact our customer support team to discuss the availability of the desired replacement.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
7. Non-Returnable Items:
- Certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
- Perishable goods
- Personalised or customised items
- Gift cards
